Peggy Kacergis has joined The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law (Catholic Law) in August 2024 as the Assistant Dean of Advancement. Peggy is responsible for providing leadership and administration of Catholic Law’s fundraising and alumni outreach efforts. She establishes fundraising priorities and goals with Catholic Law’s Dean and advancement team, as well as cultivates and manages relationships with current and future donors.

Peggy received a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago, Booth Graduate School of Business. She brings over a decade of leadership experience in the advancement industry. Most recently, she served as the Director of Institutional Advancement at the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur in Villanova, Pennsylvania. In this role she oversaw the strategy, management, and execution of the advancement operations including the assessment, organizational, and quiet phases of their upcoming comprehensive campaign. Prior to the Academy of Notre Dame, Peggy spent ten years at Haverford College in various development roles, including director of leadership giving, director of parent giving, and assistant campaign manager.
